Online Rentals & Reservations

All rental orders are subject to availability. Rentals are reserved once the customer completes the online checkout process and provides the required event details.

Payment & Balance

The customer is responsible for completing payment according to the checkout requirements shown during the rental order. Any remaining balance must be paid before delivery, setup, or customer pickup when applicable.

Damage Policy & Equipment Care

The renter is responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until the equipment is returned or collected.

• Repairable damage may result in a professional repair charge.
• Lost, stolen, stained, burned, cut, or permanently damaged items may result in replacement charges.
• Rental items must be returned in the same condition received.

Safety & Weather Policy

Perez Party Rentals may cancel, delay, refuse setup, remove, or take down equipment if weather or site conditions are unsafe.

• Unsafe wind, heavy rain, lightning, or severe weather may affect setup.
• Adult supervision is required when children are using rental equipment.
• The setup area must be safe, clean, accessible, and ready before delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations may result in loss of payments, deposits, or rental credits depending on timing and order details. Once rentals are delivered or installed, refunds are not issued for unused equipment.

Prohibited Use

Customers may not misuse, move, alter, overload, stain, cut, burn, or damage rental equipment. Glitter, gum, wax, paint, markers, and similar items must be kept away from rentals.

Liability Release

By renting from Perez Party Rentals, the customer agrees to use all rental equipment responsibly and accepts responsibility for injuries, property damage, misuse, unsafe supervision, or failure to follow rental instructions.
